Refund policy

Marsha's Buckeye's candy is sensitive to heat and can melt during shipping if proper precautions are not taken. We use ice packs and insulated liners during shipment to prevent melting, however at certain temperatures and transit times, even those measures do not stop melting. There are too many variables involved for Marsha’s Homemade Buckeyes to make the decision on how and when to ship our product to your specific location. Our customer is in the best position to make the decision because they are familiar with the daytime temperatures in their geographic area. Therefore, the customer assumes the risk of shipment and Marsha’s Homemade Buckeyes does not generally accept returns for any reason.
